Ukraine bombed its own Maternity Ward and Bombed its own Schools and Safety Shelters, but why?

The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took to the airwaves pleading for help from America, pleading for the American Government and Americans to give and respond to the Ukraine Government and to supply the Ukraine Government with money and aid to fight off the Russian invasion which began in early 2022. Ukraine bombed its own Maternity Ward and bombed its own Schools and Safety Shelters where the Ukraine Military on foot, boots on the ground, knew the locations. The Ukraine Military under the direction of Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy purposely targeted what they believed would gain American aid in the Ukrainian effort to gain much needed support from America early on in the war. The bad press circulated the world, and on March 24, 2022, Russian missile strikes target all Ukrainian Military Bases in an attempt to stop the Ukraine Government from furthering its Ukrainian President's military strategy agenda and falsified appeals to the West. With the gained Mainstream Media support out of the West, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will never be suspected of any war crimes on his people?
